Barbara McNairy is a singer, songwriter, and producer who has been a Two- Time Bravo Music Award nominee. She was the opening artist for Vicki Winans at a concert at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center in Lancaster, Ca. She, also, opened for Jamie Jones for his solo gospel Cd. Jamie sings with the group All 4 One, who had the grammy winning song “I Swear”. She has been in concert as the headlining artist at the Palmdale Playhouse in Palmdale, Ca.

She has sung in many venues and for many different events such as the AT&T Breakfast at the Radison Hotel; Juneteenth Celebration; Youth Conference for Assembly of God Churches in Stockton , Ca.; Antelope Valley Fair; Hollywood Park Pavillion Ballroom; World Religion Day Event; Gospel Explosion Celebration in Palmdale, Ca. at the McAdams Park; BB King House of Blues Gospel Event in Universal Citywalk and many other events.

Barbara has sung with the Faith Tabernacle Voices in Chicago, Ill. under the direction of Gospel recording artist Calvin Bridges. With this group she was able to sing in various capacities with Keith Pringle, Rickey Grundy; Walt Whitman of the Soul Children; Albertina Walker; and Vanessa Bell Armstrong.

Barbara has recorded several gospel Cd’s “I Owe It All To You”, “I Give You Praise”, and “Restoration”, and a Christmas Cd “Let’s Celebrate.”

She has won many honors and awards. Some of them are: Living Legacy Award, African American Woman of the Year for the Antelope Valley, Teacher of the Year for the Palmdale School District, Disney Teacher Award nominee, Who’s Who of American Top Teachers, Most Outstanding Certificated Employee for the Palmdale School District, several role model awards, and others. .
